Heart conditions rate on METs — the workload at which symptoms appear — plus ejection fraction and CHF history. If a stress test is medically contraindicated, an interview-based METs estimate must be used. Ischemic heart disease is an Agent Orange presumptive.

8. Children. Services not directed to individuals under 18.

1. Nature of Services. Ratings Prime provides general education, coaching, and consulting. We are NOT a law firm, VA-accredited claims agent, attorney, or VSO. We do not file, submit, or prosecute claims on your behalf.
2. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes. We cannot guarantee any specific rating or compensation amount. Our satisfaction guarantee (10% increase or monthly pay increase, or refund) is defined exclusively in your signed service agreement.
